Hope

Don't lose your hope unless the choice of non-occurence of what you want is 0%. Even if there's less than 1% chance, believe that you still have something. And yes, believe in Him who can make 1% to 100%.

Environment

If somebody lives in tension and its seen in him, then his whole environment comes in tension. So is the opposite. If somebody always live happily, then the people in his environment also live happily. So don't take tension.
